Customer Notice: If cancellation is necessary, Norh Explorer will contact participants to inform them of the change and discuss rescheduling or refund options.
Rescheduling or Refund: Participants may choose to reschedule the tour for a new date, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
Customer Responsibility: North Explorer is not responsible for additional costs such as accommodation, transportation or other expenses related to the tour if the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions.
