Tour Terms and Conditions Welcome to North Explorer! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our customers, we present below the terms and conditions that govern the booking of our tours. By booking one of our packages, you agree to the conditions described below: 1. Reservations and Payment 1.1 The reservation of any tour or tour package will only be considered confirmed after full payment or deposit, in accordance with the conditions agreed upon during the purchase. 1.2 For group reservations or multiple packages, it is necessary to guarantee the reservation of all places and payment in advance, within the stipulated period. 2. Cancellation and Changes 2.1 The customer may cancel the reservation up to 15 days before the start of the tour, with the right to a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance may be subject to full payment. 2.2 In cases of cancellation or change by North Explorer, participants will be informed as far in advance as possible. We offer rescheduling or full refund options depending on the situation. 2.3 In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that impact the safety of the tour, North Explorer may cancel or postpone the tour, with 24 to 72 hours' notice. 3. Customer Responsibilities 3.1 The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information at the time of booking, including personal details and tour preferences. 3.2 During the tours, participants must follow all instructions from guides and instructors, respecting the safety and behavior standards established by North Explorer. 3.3 North Explorer is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during tours. 4. Security Conditions 4.1 The safety of participants is our priority. North Explorer reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is not physically fit or who does not follow safety guidelines during the tour. 4.2 North Explorer recommends the use of appropriate safety equipment, which may be provided or indicated by the guides depending on the type of tour. 5. Changes to Tours 5.1 North Explorer reserves the right to change tour itineraries, times and locations if necessary for operational, weather or safety reasons. Any changes will be communicated as far in advance as possible. 6. Refunds 6.1 Refunds will be made in the event of cancellations by North Explorer or in exceptional circumstances as determined by the cancellation policy. 6.2 If the customer requests a refund, it will be processed according to the payment method used and within up to 30 business days. 7. Company Responsibility 7.1 North Explorer will not be liable for delays, damages or additional costs caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather conditions, among others. 7.2 North Explorer is committed to offering high quality tours, with qualified guides and appropriate services to provide the best possible experience. 8. Privacy Policy 8.1 By booking our tours, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be accessed on our website. 9.
