7:00 am - Hotel pick up
You will be picked up at your hotel.
8:30 AM - Cascata do Arado Waterfall
We stop at the Arado waterfall in the early hours of the morning, to enjoy its natural beauty, before the arrival of mass tourism
8:50 am - Viewpoint of Pedra Bela
Before starting the hike, we visit this viewpoint that provides us with an unobstructed view over the valley of Vilar da Veiga, a good opportunity to enrich your social networks with fantastic photos
9:00 am - Hike start
We start our walk, during the route we make some stops for hydration, take pictures and clarify the way of life of the shepherds of the surrounding villages
11:00 am - Arrival at the "Teixeira" meadow
Upon arrival at the meadow at the top of the mountain, you will be able to enjoy a natural pool, meanwhile the tour guide will be at the shelter preparing lunch.
15:00 am - Way back
On the return walk, you will be presented with two options, one for the same (faster) route, the other for a new (longer) route
17:30 - Visit to Vila do Gerês
Before making our way back to the hotel, we make a short stop at Villa do Gerês, to buy local products
19:30 - Hotel arriving
Return car ride.
